About approval of the Regulations on the customs broker and Rules of issue of special permission (license) for implementation of activities of the customs broker in the Azerbaijan Republic

1. Approve "Provision on the customs broker" it (is applied).
2. To the State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic in connection with execution of this resolution to prepare and in accordance with the established procedure to approve instructions and to take adequate measures.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
