About withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land for lands of settlements

1. Withdraw from lands of special fund of the city of Nurek of Khatlon Region general Ploshchad 41,59 of hectare, including: 23,36 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland, 14,33 of hectare of bogharic ploughland, 0,95 of hectare of the irrigated gardens and 2,95 of hectare of pastures and to provide them:

- Directorates on construction in case of the architectural and town-planning sector of the city of Nurek Ploshchad 15,94 of hectare, from them 14,99 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland and 0,95 of hectare of the irrigated gardens for construction of multi-storey houses;

- to executive body of the government of the city of Nurek Ploshchad 25,65 of hectare, from them 8,37 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland, 14,33 of hectare of bogharic ploughland and 2,95 of hectare of pastures for the home parcels of land to citizens, victims of natural disasters and being under impact of natural disaster of jamias of villages of "the Bullet of Sanguines" and Dukoni of the city of Nurek.

2. To executive body of the government of the city of Nurek

- to perform provision of the parcels of land for settlements after collection of the grown-up harvest;

- to perform provision of the parcels of land on condition of not reduction of the irrigated ploughland of agricultural turnover of the city.

3. To the state committee on land management and geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan to make corresponding changes to zemelnokadastrovy documentation.
