Some questions of implementation of article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population"

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for development and accomplishment of the state target programs approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 2007 No. 106 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 8, Art. 313; 2009, No. 23, Art. 746; 2012, No. 71, the Art. 2863), changes which are applied.

2. Determine that during development of the infrastructure project his initiator determines amounts of creation of new workplaces as a result of project implementation, and during implementation of the specified project submits to territorial authorities of Public service of employment in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, Kiev and Sevastopol, areas, the cities, areas in the cities information on labor demand (vacancy) according to the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" for review amounts of employment of the unemployed on the created new workplaces at stage of accomplishment of construction works and introductions of infrastructure facility to operation.

3. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

1. Add Item 12 with the paragraph of such content:
