2. Approve the Actions plan on holding the International conference "Development of Transit Capacity of Central Asia for the Period till 2020" and Anniversary meeting of the TRACECA program it (is applied).
3. To organizing committee together with other relevant ministries and departments to take necessary measures for accomplishment of the Actions plan for holding the International conference "Development of Transit Capacity of Central Asia for the Period till 2020" and the Anniversary meeting of the TRACECA program.
4. Consider that expenses on servicing of the International conference "Development of Transit Capacity of Central Asia for the Period till 2020" will be partially performed at the expense of International union of road transport and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and expenses on holding the Anniversary meeting of the TRACECA program at the expense of intergovernmental committee of the TRACECA program. To perform expenses on servicing from the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan at the expense of means of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan.
