Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Item 8 of the Regulations on the organization and conducting state examination of the project documentation and results of engineering researches approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 5, 2007 No. 145 (Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 11, Art. 1336), to state in the following edition:

"8. Expertize of the project documentation is not carried out in the following cases:

1) if the construction or reconstruction do not require receipt of the construction license;

2) conducting such examination concerning the project documentation of capital construction projects which received the positive decision of state examination or non-state examination and applied repeatedly (further - the standard project documentation), or modifications of such project documentation which is not mentioning constructive and other characteristics of reliability and safety of capital construction projects;

3) if in case of construction or reconstruction of capital construction project modification of the project documentation, including is applied to separate Sections of the project documentation which earlier received the positive decision of state examination, not reducing constructive and other characteristics of reliability and safety of capital construction projects;
