1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning separate types of fibers artificial viscose (FEACN CU code 5504 10 000 0) in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014 inclusive.
2. Add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the note 25C of the following content:
"25C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.07.2013 till 30.06.2014 inclusive.".
3. Charge to Board of the Eurasian economic commission to carry out monitoring of situation in commodity market, specified in Item 1 of this Decision, including taking into account projects implementation on their production in the territories of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space and no later than October 1, 2013 to submit for review at meeting of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of the offer on possible establishment of rates of the import customs duties specified in Item 1 of this Decision on permanent basis.
4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
