About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning appointment and indexation of pension

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. Article 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons exempted from military service and some other persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 29, Art. 399; 1996, No. 17, Art. 73; 2006, 37, 318) to state No. to the Art. in such edition:

"Article 56. Pension payment to persons who are on complete state content

During stay of the pensioner from among the military personnel, persons who have pension entitlement under this Law and members of their families on complete state content in the relevant organization (institution) to it 25 interests of the granted pension are paid. In cases if the size of its pension exceeds upkeep cost, the difference between pension and upkeep cost, but at least than 25 percent of the granted pension is paid.

If the pensioner who is in the relevant organization (institution) on complete state content has disabled family members specified in part four of article 30 of this Law which are on its content pension is paid in such procedure: 25 percent of pension - to the pensioner, and other part of pension, but no more than 50 percent of the appointed pension size - to the specified family members.

Part of pension which remained after payment of pension amount to the pensioner and members of his family according to parts one and the second this Article is listed in organization (institution) where the pensioner is on complete state content, according to its application in person. The specified means are enlisted on bank accounts of these organizations (institutions) and go only for improvement of conditions of accommodation of pensioners in them according to the procedure which is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

For the period of stay on complete state content pension in connection with loss of the supporter is paid to orphan children in complete size and transferred into their personal accounts in bank.
