About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine relatively about stay of children in institutions in which activities in the field of entertainments, or institutions of public catering are performed at night

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

To add 1) with Article 180-1 of such content:

"Article 180-1. Violation of procedure for stay of children in institutions in which activities in the field of entertainments, or institutions of public catering are performed

Violation of the procedure for stay of children in institutions established by the law in which activities in the field of entertainments, or institutions of public catering are performed

involves imposing of penalty on officials of the companies, organizations, organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership, grazhdanvladelets of the companies or persons authorized by them, citizens - subjects of business activity from twenty to fifty tax-free minima income of citizens.

The actions provided by part one of this Article, which are commited by person which for year was subjected to administrative punishment for the same violation,

involve imposing of penalty on officials of the companies, organizations, organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership, grazhdanvladelets of the companies or persons authorized by them, citizens - subjects of business activity from fifty to hundred tax-free minima income of citizens";

Article 221 after words and figures "Article 178 part three" to add 2) with the word and figures "Article 180-1".

2. "About child care" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 30, of Art. 142 with subsequent changes) to add the law of Ukraine with Article 20-1 of such content:
