About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning realization of the state anti-corruption policy

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Item 7-1 of part one of Article 36 of the Labor code of Ukraine (1971, appendix to No. 50, by the station 375) to add sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR with words "it is connected with violation of the restrictions provided by the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of prevention and anti-corruption".

2. In the Code of civil protection of Ukraine:

2) in Article 106:

add with part four of the following content:

"4. In cases, stipulated in Item 8 parts two and part three of this Article, the corresponding persons are subject to release from positions in three-day time from the date of obtaining by relevant organ or division of civil protection of the copy of the corresponding judgment which took legal effect";

Part the fourth articles 107 after words of "reserve of service of civil protection" to add 3) with the words "and under the terms, certain contract, will be employed for the period of mobilization of civil protection for fulfillment of duties of faces of the commanding structure";
