About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring equal rights of lonely mothers and lonely fathers
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1) Item 3 parts two of Article 232 of the Labor code of Ukraine (1971, appendix to No. 50, by the station 375) after words of "lonely mothers" to add sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR with the word of "(fathers)";
2) the paragraph the tenth parts one of article 45 of the Housing code of the Ukrainian SSR (1983, appendix to No. 28, by the station 573) after words to "lonely mothers" to add sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR with the word to "(fathers)".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
