About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather Public special service of transport
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. Part one of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of property in the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 48, Art. 407; 2002, 29, the Art. 193) to add No. with the words "and military weapon and ammunition to it to also Public special service of transport".
2. Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Public special service of transport" (2004, No. 19, the Art. 269) after part one to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with new part of such content:
"On the military weapon and ammunition to it assigned to divisions of the Public special service of transport operation of the Law of Ukraine "Expatiates on legal regime of property in the Armed Forces of Ukraine".
With respect thereto the second to consider part part three.
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of the introduction in operation of this Law to bring the normative legal acts into accord with this Law.
