About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, Art. 425; 1996, No. 1, Art. 1; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of September 18, 2012 No. 5279-VI) such changes:
Part the sixth articles 12 after words and figures to "Combatants in the period of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945" to add 1) with words and figures "and wars of 1945 with imperialistic Japan";
Part the sixth articles 13 after words and figures of "combatants in the period of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945" to add 2) with words and figures "and wars of 1945 with imperialistic Japan".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
