No. 74-75, 211), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1.1. In the IV Section of item 24 to state in the following edition:

"24. Calculation of customs payments, using additional codes of tax and customs privileges, is carried out on the standard form of the receipt TV-14 (appendix No. 4) which is filled according to appendix No. 5".
