1. Approve Rules of use of fund of protection and reproduction of the woods (are applied).

2. Consider invalid Item 3 of the resolution Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 27, 1993 No. 636 "About procedure for attraction to liability for the damage caused to forestry" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 18, 1994 No. 199 "About approval of the Provision of republican fund".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Rules of use of fund of protection and reproduction of the woods

1. Funds of protection and reproduction of the woods (further - fund) it is created for the purpose of financing of recovery, protection and forest conservation of the Azerbaijan Republic, other actions for forestry production, and also development programs of forestry and financial sources of fund consist of the forest income, public aid to forestry and other means.

2. The forest income are included:

- the means received for the forest resources which are handed over in use under the agreement (except for wood procurements);

- the means received for leave of wood on root based on the ticket and the warrant for the cabin of the wood and also for the wood suitable for use which is tumbled down by wind and hurricane, for procurement of minor forest resources;

- the amounts arriving from additional use of the wood;

- the means arriving from sale confiscated (sequestered), and also ownerless wood and forest products, minor forest resources, products prepared on additional use of the wood;
