According to Item 11 parts three of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine", for the purpose of streamlining and optimization of planning, financing and control of accomplishment of research and development works the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine DECIDED:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for planning, financing and control of accomplishment of research and development works in the field of competition policy and the right which is applied.
2. Provide to legal department this order on state registration in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
