According to part five of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About security activities", Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 383 I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for the equipment of transport of reaction of the subject of security activities by means of radio engineering communication, tsvetografichesky schemes (texts), light and sound signals which is applied.

2. (Shouter O.O.) to provide to department of public safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers of internal affairs of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
