In pursuance of part two of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About refugees and persons who need additional or temporary protection" and for the purpose of determination of features of education and training in the state and utility preschool, general education and professional educational institutions of children of persons from among foreigners and stateless persons to which temporary protection in Ukraine is provided, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for education and training in the state and utility preschool, general education and professionalnotekhnichesky educational institutions of children of persons from among foreigners and stateless persons to which temporary protection in Ukraine which is applied is provided.
2. To provide to department of general secondary and preschool education (Eresko O. V.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of Zhebrovsky B. M.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
