About modification and amendments in the Law on the government budget for 2013 of November 2, 2012 No. 249

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Law on the government budget for 2013 No. 249 of November 2, 2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 263-269, 853), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and addition:

1. In appendix 1 in the Section "INCOME, ALL":

in line item "The value added tax, all" figure "12 272 000,0" to replace with figures "12 372 000,0";

in line item "Compensation of the value added tax" of figure "-1 988 000,0" to replace with figures "-1 888 000,0";

in line item "Excises, all" figure "3 306 000,0" to replace with figures "3 206 000,0";

in line item figures "-80 000,0" to replace "Compensation of excises" with figures "-180 000,0".

2. In appendix 2:
