About the introduction of the Judicial code of the Republic of Armenia in force

Article 1. The judicial code of the Republic of Armenia (further - the Code) becomes effective in month from the moment of its publication, except for provisions for which other terms or commencement provisions are established by the law.

2) the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About judicial system" of June 18, 1998;
3) the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Council of justice" of October 23, 1995.
Article 2.1. Voided according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia of 28.12.2012 No. ZR-245-N
Article 3. The regulations of this Code regulating sudoproizvodstvenny legal relationship become effective from coming into force of the corresponding Procedure Codes, but not later than till January 1, 2008. This rule does not extend to the regulations regulating the sanctions applied by court.
Article 4. The courts of the Republic of Armenia provided by the Code begin to be effective since January 1, 2008.
Article 5. The procedure for appointment of judges provided by the Code, chairmen of the courts and chambers is valid from January 1, 2008.
