(1) the item b) the Section V of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (special release is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, on February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes, for the purpose of increase in efficiency of the taxpayer registration, establishment of procedure for assignment of fiscal code and implementation of entries in the State tax register I ORDER:

1. In the Instruction on the taxpayer registration approved by the order GGNI No. 299 of 02:05. 2012, to make the following changes and additions:

C) of Item 10 of the word "associative bureaus of mediators - the code assigned by competent tax authority" shall be replaced with words 1) in the subitem "-personal code (IDNP) specified in the document allowing to practice professional activity";

2) in Item 17 to exclude the words "the associated bureaus of mediators";

Shall be replaced with words 3) in Item 1 from notes to appendix No. 11 to the Instruction on the taxpayer registration of the word "in line 2 of the headings 1,2,4,5,6,7" "in line 2 of the headings 1,2,3,5,6,7".

2. The main state tax authorities shall inform tax authorities on this order.
