For the purpose of execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fauna" of August 30, 1999 the No. 186 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Rules of the state accounting of objects of fauna and amount of their acquisition, maintaining the state inventory of objects of fauna and implementation of the state monitoring of objects of fauna" (are applied).

2. Charge to the State committee on ecology and control of environmental management of the Azerbaijan Republic, to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic, the State fishery concern "Azerbalyg", Azerbmeshe Production association and the Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic to prepare together with Academy of Sciences of the Azerbaijan Republic and in three-months time to approve instructions for accounting and the inventory of objects of fauna, structure of inventory data, forms of accounting documentation, methodical instructions to their filling and the instruction about carrying out monitoring on fauna objects.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijani SSR "About procedure for conducting the state accounting of animals and their use and the state inventory of fauna" of May 29, 1984 No. 179.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
