Approve Changes to the Instruction about the ordering procedure, deliveries, accounting and the reporting concerning expenditure of forms of the statement, endurance, the reference from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs, Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of February 9, 2012 No. 225/5, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on February 9, 2012 for No. 199/20512 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To provide to the public registration service of Ukraine (D.M.'s Crow) completion by the state company "Informatsionnoresursny Center" (Quiricus Yu.
