About approval of the List of potentially dangerous objects

In pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About technical safety" of February 2, 2000 the No. 269 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "The list of potentially dangerous objects" it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

List of potentially dangerous objects

This List is prepared according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About technical safety" and the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About technical safety" of February 2, 2000 No. 269 and determines the subjects to production, supplying, transport and social appointment which are engaged in acquisition, production, conversion, transportation, use and liquidation of sources of radioactive and ionizing radiation, the fire and explosion and toxic substances creating threat to the population and the environment.
