About approval of the Procedure for creation of the ecological passport for objects of economic and other activity
According to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "The general technical regulation on providing ecological safety in the Kyrgyz Republic", being guided by article 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for creation of the ecological passport for objects of economic and other activity.
2. To the state agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;
- introduce in accordance with the established procedure drafts of the regulatory legal acts following from this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and ecology of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
