About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2007 No. 127

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure of payments of insurance value of products of the crops which are subject to compulsory insurance with the state support of harvest of crops, the cattle and bird approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2007 No. 127 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 301, 8/17581; 2008, No. 224, 8/19428; 2010, No. 94, 8/22155), following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 3:
state part one in the following edition:
"3. Average productivity of crop at the insurer (its separate division) is calculated the insurer as weighted average on acreage in five years preceding year of imprisonment of the agreement of compulsory insurance based on data on the acreage and harvesting in weight after completion corresponding to data of the state statistical reporting of form 1-cx (crop production) "The report on harvesting of crops", and on crops according to which the form of the state statistical reporting 1-skh (crop production) "The report on harvesting of crops" does not provide forming of data on harvesting in weight after completion, - in originally credited weight.";
