Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Rules of determination of lists of the check points through frontier of the Russian Federation which are specially equipped and the animals intended for import to the territory of the Russian Federation, live stock products and forages, feed additives and medicines for animals, quarantine products (the quarantine material, quarantine freight) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 21, 2008 No. 109 (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 8, Art. 759; 2010, No. 52, Art. 7080; 2011, No. 26, Art. 3804; 2012, No. 37, Art. 5002):

a) the paragraph one of Item 3 after words "Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities of the Russian Federation" to add with the words "and Federal Customs Service";

b) add with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation in case of the edition of lists of specialized check points to provide their entry into force not earlier than in 90 days from the date of their official publication.".
