About some questions of activities of public institution "Transport inspection of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus"

For the purpose of ensuring functioning of system of electronic collection of fare of vehicles on paid highways of the Republic of Belarus, control of execution of procedure for its collection and strengthening of responsibility for violation of requirements to accomplishment of motor transportations of passengers:

1. Grant the right:

1.1. to authorized officers of public institution "Transport inspection of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" (further - Transport inspection) to constitute protocols on the administrative offenses provided in part 1-1 of Article 12.7 and parts 6-8 of article 18.12 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses;

1.2. to bodies of the Ministry of Transport and Communications to consider cases on the administrative offenses provided in parts 6-8 of article 18.12 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses, protocols on which making are constituted by authorized officers of Transport inspection;

1.3. to the chief of Transport inspection and his deputies, chiefs of branches of Transport inspection and their deputies to consider on behalf of bodies of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of case on the administrative offenses provided in parts 6-8 of article 18.12 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses.

2. Determine that:

2.1. authorized officers of Transport inspection have the right to carry out control order placement on rendering services in motor transportation of passengers;
