About approval of Changes to Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale, retail trade by medicines
According to the subitem 4 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, part one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and Articles 10, 19 Laws of Ukraine "About the medicines", for the purpose of providing institutions of health care and citizens with the available medicines produced (made) in the conditions of drugstore from allowed for use acting and excipients, I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes to the Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale, retail trade by medicines approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of October 31, 2011 No. 723, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 07, 2011 for No. 1420/20158, which are applied.
2. (L. Konoshevich) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of medicines and medical products submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Bogachyov R. M.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
