About modification of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of November 18, 2009 No. 695

Items 19 and 20 of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 695 of November 18, 2009. "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure, its structure and extreme number" (2009, 774), with subsequent changes and amendments, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 169-170, in the following edition

"19. Minister:

will organize and directs activities of the Ministry;

coordinates activities of deputy ministers in case of execution of the obligations assigned to them;

submits to the Government in accordance with the established procedure drafts of the laws, the orders of the Government and other regulations;

bears the personal liability for proper accomplishment of the tasks assigned to the Ministry for rational use of financial resources of the Ministry, for integrity of material values, reliability of general economic indicators;

provides accomplishment of the laws, resolutions of Parliament, presidential decrees of the Republic of Moldova, ordinances, resolutions and orders of the Government, including accomplishment of the tasks and functions following from this provision;

coordinates the questions connected with activities of central office of the Ministry;

offers the Government of candidates for positions of deputy ministers;

differentiates obligations and establishes responsibility of division managers of central office of the Ministry and heads of the organizations which are under its supervision concerning control of fields of activity, and also commercial societies in which the Ministry exercises the rights of the administrator of public property;

conducts negotiations and concludes according to the law intergovernmental and interservice agreements in the field of transport and road infrastructure, exercises control of their realization, represents the Republic of Moldova in the international organizations according to the powers and the current legislation;
