About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

The Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Ministry) is the central executive body providing functions on development and realization of state policy in the field of antimonopoly, tariff, licensed, investment, external economic, fiscal policy regarding creating favorable conditions for entrepreneurship (except for fiscal policy regarding the taxation), politicians in the field of the state material reserves, economic and regional development, management of state-owned property and mineral resources (subsurface use), technical regulation and metrology, trade, development of entrepreneurship and optimization of the regulatory legal base of regulation of business activity, development of free economic zones.";
