About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About service by the ordinary and commanding structure of bodies and organizations of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About service by the ordinary and commanding structure of bodies and organizations of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2006, No. 1, the Art. 5) the following changes and amendments:
1. In the name and in all text of the Law, except for proposals of the second preambles, words "Ministry of Justice" in different case forms to exclude.
2. In all text of the Law, except for paragraph two of Item 6 of Article 5, shall be replaced with words the words "Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic" in different case forms "the head of authorized state body in the field of execution of punishments" in the corresponding cases.
3. In the offer the second preambles of the Law of the word "taken into custody, the Ministries of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "taken into custody, except as specified, provided by this Law".
4. In Article 5:
add item 4 with the paragraph the second the following content:
"Persons from among the younger commanding structure of bodies and organizations of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic, the having average and higher education, can be appointed to positions of average and the senior commanding structure of bodies and organizations of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic aged 40 years are not more senior.";
