About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About power"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About power" of October 30, 1996 No. 56 the following changes and amendment:
1. In Article 3:
in paragraph eight in state language of the word "it is brought in Kyrgyz" shall be replaced with words "it is brought in Kyrgyz";
in paragraph eight in official language of the word "state body of management on power under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body on development of policy in the field of power";
the fourteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"authorized state body on development of policy in the field of power - the executive body authorized by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to perform development of policy and regulation of the relations in the field of power;";
add Article with the paragraph the fifteenth the following content:

2. State Article 6 in the following edition:
"Article 6. Powers of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in fuel and energy complex
The government of the Kyrgyz Republic determines the energy program and exercises control of implementation of this program according to this Law, other regulatory legal acts, does not interfere directly with productive and economic activity of the companies of fuel and energy complex.
Functions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of fuel and energy complex include:
carrying out single state policy in fuel and energy complex;
determination of general price policy on fuel and energy complex products;
