About compensation of the non-staff experts involved to expert works
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About additional measures in the field of enhancement of wages system and liberalization of foreign economic relations" of March 11, 1996 No. 448 for the purpose of enhancement of compensation of the highly qualified specialists involved to expert works, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. In the cases provided by the current legislation in the executive bodies financed from the government budget in the public organizations created by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, compensation of the non-staff specialists involved to expert work when preserving the average salary at the level of their the main workplace, specialists of the body which is carrying out the specified expertize, public person (depending on complexity and amount of works) (the consultant, the leading consultant or the main consultant depending on situation) shall be determined at the level of position the salary and it is paid by this body, the public legal entity, no more monthly official pay rate, in proportion to time spent for conducting examination.
2. Make compensation of non-staff experts after approval of results of the carried-out expertize by the head of the body which is carrying out expertize.
3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic to develop the corresponding payment terms of work of the specified non-staff experts.
4. Declare invalid Item first of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 24, 1992 No. 463.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
