About modification of the Regulations on distance training

On accomplishment of subitem 39.2 of Item 39 of the Section ІV of the National plan of action for 2013 concerning the implementation of the Program of economic reforms for 2010-2014 "Rich society, competitive economy, the effective state" approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 12, 2013 No. 128, I ORDER:

1. Make change to Item 2.6 of the Section ІІ the Regulations on distance training approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of April 25, 2013 No. 466, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 30, 2013 for No. 703/23235, having added it with the new paragraph of such content:

"At the same time the standard rate of number of students and listeners who study in HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION, ZPO in remote form shall constitute at least than one teacher on eighteen students (listeners).".

2. To department of the higher education (Korovaychenko Yu. M.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To department of administration (Zapolskaya N. M.) to make mark in cases of archive in accordance with the established procedure.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the first deputy Minister Sulima E. M.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
