About modification of Item 25 of the list of bodies of licensing and recognition No. 404 which voided Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 13, 2011

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make change to Item 25 of the list of bodies of the licensing approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2000 No. 1698 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 46, Art. 2001; 2011, No. 57, the Art. 2290), having replaced in the column "Body of Licensing" the word "Minsotspolitiki" with the words "Public Service of Employment".

2. To the Ministry of Finance to provide in time of preparation of the bill on introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2013" and the bill on the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year of funds which are allocated to Fund of obligatory national social insurance for unemployment case, for carrying out the expenses connected with implementation by Public service of employment of licensing of activities for mediation in employment for work abroad and control of observance by subjects of managing of the corresponding licensed conditions.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 404 "About paid administrative service which is provided by the Ministry of social policy, and the amount of payment for its provision" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 28, to the Art. 1188).
