About approval of the international treaty
1. Approve the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Russian Federation "About encouragement and mutual protection of investments", signed on April 15, 2013 in Moscow.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and heads of the relevant ministries and departments after entry into force of this international treaty in accordance with the established procedure to provide control over the implementation of obligations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. Declare invalid paragraph two of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 8, 1998 No. 13 "About approval of intergovernmental agreements".
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. M. Mirziyoyev.
