1. Transfer 0,1366 of hectare of lands (road) of the industry, transport, communication and other special purpose of public property of the state with cadastral number of total area 9602332261, being in management of the Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure (under the authority of the state company "Adminstratia de Stat a Drumurilor"), from land use of the city of Chadyr-Lunga, the Autonomous territorial entity Gagauzia, to use of the Ministry of Finance (in maintaining Customs Service) in connection with expansion of customs post Chadyr-Lunga - New Trojans.
2. To the Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure together with the Ministry of Finance to form the commission on reception-transmission and to provide transfer of the specified property according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of the state companies, the organizations, organizations, their divisions, buildings, constructions, fixed assets and other assets approved by the Order of the Government No. 688 of October 9, 1995. 3.
