About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fight against human trafficking"

Being guided by Item 1 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fight against human trafficking" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 8, Article 694) to make the following changes:

1. Add with Article 14-1 of the following content:

"Article 14-1. Time for recovery and reflection

14-1.1. Time for recovery and reflection lasting 30 days is provided to the victims of human trafficking for the purpose of recovery of their condition, release from pressure of criminals and adoption of the weighed decision on cooperation with criminal prosecution authorities.

14-1.2. During time for recovery and reflection the victim of human trafficking can use services of special facilities, the stipulated in Article 12 these Laws, for satisfaction of needs of safety and protection, recovery of physical, psychological and social state.

14-1.3. During time expulsion out of limits of the Azerbaijan Republic administratively is not applied to recovery and reflection to the victims of human trafficking.

14-1.4. If it is determined that person is not the victim of human trafficking, time for recovery and reflection is not provided, and such begun time stops.".

2. Under Article 20:

2.1. in Article 20.4 after the words "recommendations are made" to add with words ", and also contact information of law enforcement agencies, non-governmental organizations, human rights activists and structures of social security which can provide it the help in the host country are as far as possible provided";

2.2. add with Article 20.4-1 of the following content:
