About types of productions and the companies in which it is forbidden to dump production waste
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About water supply and sewage" of January 26, 2000 the No. 266 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. According to article 39 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About water supply and sewage" to approve the following types of productions and the companies in which it is forbidden to dump production waste in sewer system public:
- productions and companies of oil-extracting and oil-processing industry;
- productions and companies of the chemical industry;
- productions and companies of the petrochemical industry.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
