certificates of the stateless person;

certificates of the refugee;";

add with subitems 64-1), 64-2), 64-3) of the following content:

"64-1) performs registration, issue, replacement, withdrawal and destruction of the identity documents specified in the subitem 64) of Item 12 of this provision;

64-2) performs accounting and registration of citizens according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

64-3) on a centralized basis performs forming of individual identification numbers of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the foreigners and persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the Republic of Kazakhstan and provides information to the registering and other state bodies and other public institutions;";

126) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"126) approves samples of the travel document and performs its issue;".
