1. State Article 126 in the following edition:

"Article 126. Abuse of regulations of content of pets

126.1. Abuse of regulations of content of dogs, cats and other pets, that is:

126.1.1. content, feeding, vygulivaniye or cultivation of pets in the prohibited places;

126.1.2. violation of sales terms, donations of pets and their transportation by vehicles;

126.1.3. competitions of pets without approval of body of veterinary service;

126.1.4. content of dogs and cats in the quantity exceeding the limit set by relevant organ of the executive authority;

126.1.5. content of pets without statement on veterinary accounting;

126.1.6. vygulivaniye of dogs without collar, and large dogs also without muzzle in the general yards or on streets;

126.1.7. vygulivaniye of pets person which is in state of intoxication (as a result of use of alcoholic beverages, drugs or other strong substances);

126.1.8. incitement of pets on people;

126.1.9. introduction by pet of medicines, application to them medical and technical methods for the purpose of increase, or decrease in their natural opportunities during the competitions or in other cases constituting health hazard and health of animal;

126.1.10. carrying out surgeries (trimming of ears, devokalization, removal of claws and teeth) for the purpose of change of appearance of pets or with other not medical purpose, the cases except for established by the law;

126.1.11. failure to provide by pet of the provided care according to the procedure, established by relevant organ of the executive authority, from person, the containing pet or who is looking after him

- attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of two hundred manats.

126.2. Committing by person, repeated within year, received administrative punishment under Article 126.1 of this Code, provided by the specified Article of offenses

- attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of three hundred manats.

126.3. Drawing slight injury to health of person injured with offenses, stipulated in Article 126.1 of this Code, or causing to the victim of material damage

- attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of one thousand manats.

Note. Article 126.3 of this Code is applied if the acts specified in this Article do not attract criminal liability according to the relevant articles of the Criminal code of the Azerbaijan Republic.";

2. In the sanction of Article 129.1 of the word "in the amount of twenty five to forty five manats" shall be replaced with words "in the amount up to five hundred manats";

3. In the sanction of Article 129.2 of the word "in the amount of twenty to thirty five manats" shall be replaced with words "in the amount of three hundred manats";

4. In Article 360.1 after figures "123-1," to add with figures "126.3,".
