1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 27, 2007 No. 343 "About approval of Rules of creation, maintaining and use of National registers of identification numbers" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 13, the Art. 156) the following changes and amendments:

in Rules of creation, maintaining and use of National registers of the identification numbers approved by the specified resolution:

add Item 13 with the subitem 3) of the following content:

"3) after entry into force of the judgment about adoption (adoption) in case of change of information about the adopted child, its personal data.";

add with Item 13-1 of the following content:

"13-1. In case of repeated and the subsequent registration of foreigners and stateless persons, and also in case of recognition of adoption (adoption) invalid, issues the document with earlier created IIN.";

the paragraph one of Item 21 to state in the following edition:

"21. The data containing in National registers of identification numbers except information which is public are not subject to disclosure, except as specified submissions of data:";

"22. Information concerning physical person or legal entity, except for public information cannot be provided to other person without written consent of physical person or legal entity.".
