About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 8, the Art. 323) the following changes:

1. To state paragraphs of the third or sixth part 1 of Article 1 in the following edition:

accreditation institutional - the procedure of recognition by the accreditation agency of compliance of the quality level of the educational organization in general to certain criteria, standards and its status;

accreditation program - assessment procedure of compliance of separate programs of the educational organization to certain criteria and standards;".

2. Regarding the 4th Article 9 to exclude the word of "(certification)".

3. Regarding 1 Article 25 of the word "the subsequent state accreditation (certification), issue" shall be replaced with words "the subsequent accreditation, issue".

4. In part 6 of Article 26 "(certification)" to exclude the word.

5. Article 35 in paragraph six "republican" to replace the word with the word of "national".
