About mutual deliveries

The government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of Turkmenistan which are hereinafter referred to as by "Parties"

wishing to promote development of economic cooperation between the Parties, and also to expand and diversify their trade,

being guided by the conventional principles and rules of international law and legislations of the states,

recognizing importance of long-term measures for development of cooperation and strengthening of ties between two states at the different levels, including their business entities, agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purpose of implementation of provisions of this agreement, and also according to legislations and regulatory legal acts of two states, the Parties will cooperate in the field of mutual deliveries of goods, including, but, without being limited to the following types:

from the Republic of Uzbekistan to Turkmenistan - cars, cargo vehicles, buses, the special equipment, agricultural machinery, spare parts, mineral fertilizers, chemical remedies of plants, construction materials, the household and electrotechnical equipment, agricultural and other products;

from Turkmenistan to the Republic of Uzbekistan - oil, gas condensate, polypropylene, polystyrene, bischofite, products of textile, agricultural and processing industry, carpet products and other products.

Article 2

1. The cooperation provided by this agreement shall be performed according to the laws and rules existing in both states of the Parties, the international trade practice and on the basis of the contracts signed between the companies and business entities of the Parties.

2. The parties do not bear responsibility according to obligations of business entities of the Parties.
