Article 1

Bring 34 parts one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation in Item 1 of Article (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 32, Art. 3301; 2007, No. 1, Art. 21; 2008, No. 17, Art. 1756) following changes:

"Guardianship and custody bodies are also local government bodies if the law of the subject of the Russian Federation they are given authority on guardianship and custody according to the Federal Laws.";
