Article 1

Bring in article 20 of the Law of the Russian Federation of June 26, 1992 No. 3132-1 "About the status of judges in the Russian Federation" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 30, Art. 1792; Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 26, Art. 2399; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7594) following changes:

1) in item 4:

a) the paragraph one after words of "death (death) of the judge" to add with the words "in connection with execution of service duties";

b) to add paragraph two after words of "the judge staying in resignation" with the words "in connection with execution of service duties";

To add 2) with Item 4.1 of the following content:

"4.1. In case of death (death) of the judge including staying in resignation owing to the reasons which are not connected with its office activities, compensation without offsetting of payments for compulsory national insurance, earnings, grants and other income is monthly paid to the disabled members of his family who were in its dependence:

in the presence of one dependent - in the amount of 40 percent of the monthly perpetual maintenance of the judge staying in resignation or 40 percent of the monthly perpetual maintenance of the judge which in connection with death (death) of the working judge is estimated in proportion to the number of the complete years worked him as the judge irrespective of its age on the date of death (death);
