Bring in article 9 of the Federal Law of December 25, 2012 No. 269-FZ "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation regarding enhancement of wages system of judges of the Russian Federation, and also recognition voided separate legal acts (provisions of legal acts) of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 53, of the Art. 7594) change, having added with its part 4.1 following of content:
"4.1. In case of the recalculation specified in part 4 of this Article there cannot be less than the sizes of the corresponding payments estimated about day of entry into force of this Federal Law, the sizes:
1) the monthly perpetual maintenance of the judge staying in resignation;
2) the monthly allowance to the monthly monetary reward of the judge receiving the allowance according to article 3 of the Federal Law of January 10, 1996 No. 6-FZ "About additional guarantees of social protection of judges and workers of offices of courts of the Russian Federation";
3) the judge appointed in case of exit in resignation of the monthly perpetual maintenance at the rate of which to it the monthly allowance to the monthly monetary reward was estimated;
4) the monthly compensation received by the disabled family member of the died (died) judge.".
