About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine in connection with creation of bodies of the income and charges

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) such changes:

1. In Article 29 part two:

add Item 7 with words, "including special tax on transactions on alienation of securities and transactions with derivatives";

state Item 38 in such edition:

"38) payment for accomplishment of customs formalities by bodies of the income and charges out of the location of these bodies or out of the working hours established for them".

2. In Article 45:

in part one of the word "and also approval of decisions of the central executive body which realizes the state tax policy, about payment by installments or delay of monetary commitments of taxpayers or tax debt for the term which goes beyond one budget period, rather nation-wide taxes and fees (obligatory payments)" to exclude;

to exclude paragraph two of part six.

3. Third of Article 59 to state part in such edition:

"3. The bodies controlling collection of receipts of the budget give to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the central executive body which provides forming of the state budget policy, not later than the 15th following for reporting, such monthly reports (in industry and territorial section and by sources of the income and patterns of ownership) separately rather consolidated budget of Ukraine, the government budget and local budgets:

1) about actual receipts of taxes and fees (obligatory payments) and other budget receipts;

2) about tax debt;

3) about the amounts of excessively paid monetary commitments of taxpayers and payment amounts which are paid and will be added in the next accounting periods;
