About enforcement of the Housing code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Enact the Housing code of the Kyrgyz Republic from the date of entry into force of this Law.

Article 2.

With enforcement of the Housing code of the Kyrgyz Republic to recognize invalid:

1) the Housing code of the Kyrgyz SSR of May 20, 1983 (The sheet of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR, 1983, No. 10, the Art. 73);

2) the Law of the Kyrgyz SSR "About approval of the Housing code of the Kyrgyz SSR" No. 4757-X of May 20, 1983 (The sheet of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR, 1983, No. 10, the Art. 73);
