For the purpose of settlement according to customs value of goods of the payment levied for the customs services rendered in official registration of the import and export operations performed on joint development of fields of Azeri, Chyrag and Gyuneshli in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Establish the amount of payment of customs services in official registration of the import and export transactions specified in Item 18.3 on the differentiating system attached to this law. Agreements of September 20, 1994 "About joint development and distribution of share of oil production of fields of Azeri, Chyrag and deep part of the field of Gyuneshli in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea", approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 2, 1994.

2. To the State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic in pursuance of this resolution to give the corresponding instructions to customs authorities.
